I am hoping someone can give me some direction here. We have CDR working but the issue we are having is the following: I have a toll free number that terminates to a DID number ex: 4791, this number routes to Call Pilot for our Auto Attendant. The issue is that when a call is placed to the auto attendant and the caller dials an ext. or dial by name, I get no call record for 4791. If caller hangs up in auto attendant, I get a call record. How can I get call records for ALL calls to 4791 regardless what the caller chooses? I understand the call record currently shows up for the dialed name or ext from the auto attendant but 4791 is not included in any part of the call record, so we have no accurate way to report on total calls to 4791.

And it won't be, as far as the CDR is concerned 4791 was the answered DN
