CDR help to send info to Oak Telecom reportX

HI Guys,

Would anyone know how I can send call information to Oak Call reporter?
I installed and it seemed to be working for a month then it failed. Oak logged on and said BCM 50 not sending information and i need CDR out put on BCM.

I then downloaded the CDR Pull Client which I didnet get any information
I then tried the Push to a folder in a directory but still havent got any information.
both accounts I had set up and put then part of the CDR member group.

would anyone know about oak and a bcm?
