CDR format change for rls 7.0? 2

I have a customer who recently had the PBX upgraded to rls 7.0 and now state that the CDR they received from an existing TTY doesn't work the same.
They used HyperTerm previously and now it won't show any output.
They also are looking into a third party CDR app, TapIt, and want to know if the CDR formats have changed with 7.0

I'm doing my own research and would like any info anyone can provide.

According to Documentaion there was not a change

What did they upgrade from?
Did platform change?

Try turning on to a different TTY that you know is working - LD 17/chg adan/add CTY to USR prompt, LD 15/chg CDR_data/ add tty number to port prompt

verify cdr is still turned on for all types in RDB's you want to track.
