Does anyone know where the CDR files are stored? I want to use WinSCP to go in and delete large volumes of those records.

There are no CDR files. The CDR records are stored in a database. Use the CDR Report page to delete the records. You can select a range of dates (e.g., from Jan 1 2018 to Dec 31 2018) and delete all CDR records from that range in a single operation. On smaller systems the operation can take some time (even a number of minutes) - give it time to complete.

I know I can delete them there. The problem I have is the customer generates in excess of 100,000 records a day (because of paging and SCA keys) and they have no use for them whatsoever. It takes forever for the page to populate whenever you fo into the Reports tab so I wanted to be able to delete them at the file level using WinSCP. They are stored in the system somewhere so we should be able to delete them in bulk.

CDR records are not files - they are records in a database table. You cannot delete them using WinSCP. Maybe it would be a good idea to ask E-MetroTel to provide a configurable option to stop generating CDR records for paging and / or ring groups.

They were asked months ago and told me they couldn't do it so I dropped it. I'll just take the time to delete them.

Thanks for the suggestions.
