We have an issue with our switch not sending CDR data, specifically the originating caller digits not being sent to our OTM. What is being sent is the trunk and route number for callers dialing into the switch. It does capture all internal calls DN and shows us the digits dialed when one of our stations dials out on the PSTN. What ld do I look in to solve this problem?

Thanks in advance
Mike

Is any of your cdr working?

Check ld 21 and prt the rdb for the route you want to receive cdr from the cdr prompt should be yes and some of the following prompt like inc for incoming oal for outgoing.

Look in the book under ld 16 find the gate opener CDR and all of the options for it are under it.

In ld 117 stat buf...it should tell you if the cdr buffer is enabled...if not then type enl buf cdr

It has been a while since I worked on cdr so I may have missed something.

post the route data block for your incoming route...cdr should be yes and inc yes...inc is for incomming

Check the PARM data block in the cfn. CLID is no by default.
