CDR Data File Transfer error

I am running 4.0 on a BCM 400. When I go to try and set up the Data File Transfer for downloading to my RSI software I get an error as soon as I hit the CDR screen. It hangs for a second and them give me an error saying the session was logged off due to inactivity. I jacked up the session time out to a silly high number and it still does it. This is the only screen this does this on. Any ideas.
