We are trying to suss out how to catch folks using toll fraud within the office who are orginating 2 external calls and transferring one to the other ( so neither party pays any call charges and office picks up cost)

Currently we can replicate the issue on the CDR output as both calls are sequential on the CDR output with cond-code 7.

Looking at the cond-code table and override table I cant see how to identify even single transferred calls (all end up with cond-cade 7)

Has anyone come across this?

Unless there is a business need, you can block trunk-to-trunk transfer, either completely or by COS. Look at the System Features form. It's on the 1st page, near the top.

We completely block trunk-to-trunk transfers, just for this reason. Business needs to transfer inbound calls to an outside destination are handled either with a vector or by an entry in the Remote Call Coverage table.
