Is there any way that BCM 400 4.0 could tell me the number of incoming calls – by month? In particular I am looking for information on the specific number?

I just read an old thread and someone said that:

Configure a FTP server, set the data file transfer type to push daily, enter the FTP server IP address and login name/password, and your CDR files will transfer to the FTP server. They are in raw text format, won't be pretty, but better than nothing. You can suck that data into Excel or Access and make it more useable. The files will have a date/time name format such as record.20061025002233 or something to that effect.

Where can i configure the CDR to be exported via FTP?

I am trying to find it in the Configuration tab and can not find it

UPDATE:

I found it, It is under Telephony in the configuration tab.

Do i need to setup this in order to pull the data?

Yes you need to set it up and install the CDR pull client. make sure to use an account that have CDR rights.
Look in the documentation in Master Indx and search for CDR, they explain how to set it up.
Don't forget this is RAW data. If your customer wants to have a nice accounting program, look for Telecost at:
