CDR BCM 3.6 or newer?

I have a customer using the TAPIT software for their BCMs CDR. There is an option in the TAPIT reporting to show internal calls between extensions. Is that possible coming from the BCM? I have CDR up and running (real time) and it does not show internal calls on my BCM 4.0. Just wondering if it is an available option with BCM 3.6 or any other version for that matter.
 
I don't think CDR on any version shows internal call, but you could pull the raw data to notepad just to check for sure.

I don't think it is available.Other then incoming and outgoing calls you can enable "include metrics file" that will capture and report on Custom Call Routing (CCR), Hunt Group and Voice Mail metrics.

 
OK, I haven't tried on the 4.0.

I know on the 3.6 %3.7 BCM you could pull the raw data , but you had to muddle through everything. You had to have 3rd party software to massage the raw CDR data into neat catagories.

The customer is using 3rd party software called TAPIT. The TAPIT has a field or filter to check for internal calls. I tried on my BCM 4.0, using the CDR raw data, and did not see internal call data at all. I was just hoping there might be a check box somewhere that might enable it, but it sounds like there isn't.
