CDR BCM 200 works, CDR 400 doesn't works

Hi all,

I am trying to get the data of my BCM 400 3.6 Build 2.2c. I want to use the push-daily option. I have setup this with another BCM 200 and it works. I used the same destination box, account, pw, for both BCM, I just change create a new dir for the BCM 400. I have tried sending the data from BCM 200 to the dir I create for the 400 and it works, It means my destination box/directory works. I have ssh the BCM from my destination box and it works. When I press "send immeditalex" it says "ready"... Where can I check the logs? Thanks

Do you have the CDR update patches loaded? BCM_360.096_CDR2.64.0 fixes 'broken' CDR push/pull issues in release 3.6. I don't know if that patch is available individually anymore, but it should be included in the last cumulative update for release 3.6.

I can't find thsi patch on Nortel support, I see lots of patches but not this one. Any idea?

This patch is included in BCM360.346-SU4

The above was the last Cumulative patch to be released for 3.6 software
