Is it possible to have more than 10,000 CDP's in a 1000?

i've been told that is a hard limit. but i use groups of 10 or 100 if i need more then 10K it would seem that you could group some of them

Are you saying to group the numbers, such as 39, would take care of 3900-3999? Thanks
