CDONTS

I got CDONTS email working in my scripts, but it takes forever me to recive them. Why is this? For example, I'll run the script at 5 and I wont recieve it until 8. There isn't a time frame on when it sends em, it's totally random, but just takes forever. Is there something that can be done to speed this up? Or is there any other emailing tool that you guys suggest? Please let me know...

Never really taken the time to get CDNOTS working, my host doesnt use it. They use a compenent that has many other features built into it, which is nice. Check it out at

It's probably your ISPs mail server. I use CDONTS without any problem. If the .Importance property set to zero try setting it 1
