CDONTS doesnt work

hi all....

i have CDONTS installed and registered on my windows2000 server machine... but it is not sending any emails. it tells me on the website that the email has been sent but i get nothing... i checked the code and i am sure it is correct..

and i have the SMTP service running on the server and no other mail prgrams are running on the machine.

What could be the problem ?

have you checked permissions for your SMTP server. If you are using SMTP via IIS then you need to make sure that both the IUSR and IWAM accounts have Change access to your mail direcotories to allow for drop off and pickup of mail.

Are you referencing a valid smtp mail gateway?

Just a thought. Also, you noted your using Win2k.

Really I believe it expects you to use CDOSYS not CDONTS. It has both, but I think that you might find it address your issue. Not sure.
