CDO.message attachment

there's 2 parts to my problem, the first is that I’m trying to send out PDF documents at an attachment, it worked fine on my dev environment, however in production, the attachment is coming back as a ATT#######.dat file, if you save as and change the extension to pdf it works ok. but why is it changing the file name?

The 2nd and i had the same problem with my dev environment was it only can send out attachments if they are under a certain size, about 95KB (ish) is there a default setting in iis? Any thoughts?

ok false alarm,

i was using :

objmail.Configuration.Fields.Item ("

http://schemas.microsoft.com/cdo/configuration/sendusing")

= 2

and changed it to :
objmail.Configuration.Fields.Item ("

http://schemas.microsoft.com/cdo/configuration/sendusing")

= 1

which i think seems to work..
