CDO error in CCC Preset Reports

Get CDO error in history when schedule reports to print or email. Seems to be a generic error message with any number of underlying causes. Anyone know of reasons for this error

Are you sure the smtp address works from the server ?

Yes, email from delta server works ok.VM = email works ok.

It comes from the webserver, a CDO error message is generated by the CDONTS(win2000) or CDOSYS(Win2003) service wich is used for the SMTP connection.
Usually the error number can explain the source of the error.

I am having the same issue with emailing reports. Outlook Express and Delta both work fine but ccc gives the cdo.message error. YeeHaa did you figure out a solution to this?

You wouldn't happen to have a dash "-" in the CCC server name would you?
