CDNs and ACD Confusion

How do I setup a CDN for an incoming number?

Currently the incoming number has an ACD (7725) and some how routes to an existing CDN (not sure where to look for this route), but I'd like to setup a new CDN for it so I can pass into Symposium.

Little confused about the differnce between ACDs and CDNs.

Any assistance would be much apprectiated!

once you put the acd dn in symposium and the ast on the phone, symposium will acquire it, from that you can build a script in symposium that will route to a ran. you can send a acd to rans without cdn's in the acd config. can't tell what you are trying to do but hope this helps
