I am having to build an application in my Call pilot but am unsure of all of the steps. I have my DNIS assigned to the 800#s and the call pilot application is not too bad, I think I can figure that out. My problem is that I know I need CDNs and ACDs but I don't know where to plug them in to get to my Symposium or how they interact with my application. Anybody know all of the steps to building an application? That is from the PBX to the callPilot to the Syposium. I have built simple applications, but this one has me stumped. Thank you.
