CDN troubles on Symposium

Hello,

Currently, when customers dial our customer support line, 703-848-8700 (CDN ext on Symposium), they are getting forwarded to an extended absence (holiday) message.

What's wierd is this just started happening today; the ext was working fine yesterday, which was the first day back from the holiday.

Please provide any input you can.

Check the script or post it here and we will have a look. Check the date and time on your server. Does the historical report agree with what is really happening. Is the CDN still acquired by symposium?? Lolts to check out here.
