CDN Name Conflict

Hi all,

I am receiving messages from our agents (many of them) describing the following behavior:

A call is received with a specific source CDN name (Audi for instance)
This specific CDN name appears for a fraction of a second then before agent picks up the call another CDN name appears for another customer (BLC for instance)
When the agent answers with BLC welcome message, the call turns to be BLC, not Audi
It happened once that the first CDN name was the correct one

Any idea!!!

Perhaps script racing or supervised transfers that are being dropped when the phone starts ringing?
