CDN and DNIS Reports

I am trying to run a special report that would allow me to see the number of calls to a specific CDN that will show me the number of calls by each DNIS as well as the amount of talk time for each DNIS.

We are frontending some or our toll free numbers with Call Pilot. The caller is asked to press 1 for magazines, press 2 for products. Each going to differant CDNS/applications. I know I can run call pilot reports but want to see if I can through Symposium.

I suggest you use Crystal reporting to do this kind of reporting, a lot more advanced

You can if you script your IVR options in Symposium. Where CDN = XXXX
