CDN Acquire Pending

So I am not very familiar with Meridian to AACC integration. I am trying to create a new CDN and when I try and acquire it it just says Acquire Pending. I created the CDN in the Meridian(Converted to cs1000 R7) using LD 23. Dont kow what I am missing?

Found it. CNTL changed on the CDN to no. Changed back to yes and status acquired.
