CDM errror logged in event viewer

Environment

Windows NT Domin
Windows 2000 server with Citrix CP FR2 SP2

In the event viewer of the windows 2000 citrix server , event ID 39 is logged multiple times a month (50 approx.
The description in this event is

the description for Event ID ( 39 ) in Source ( Cdm ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. The following information is part of the event: \Device\CdmRedirector, 14.

The source is CDM

I cannot find any information on this event and therefore do not know what impact it is having on the system if any.

Yesterday Citrix crashed for the first time, the only thing in the logged previsou to the shutdown was multiple events of the above error.

Has anybody come across this before ?

Yes, I've got this. Applied reg change as per advice form citrix but it only fixed some servers!! Maybe FR3 will fix it.?
