Hi There,

Can someone tell me if there is a solution for putting a CDINI or different call diversion to an ACD group?

Thanks for your help.

Michel

Do you want to diver extensions *to* an ACD group, or do you want to divert an ACD group somewhere?

Thanks,

Dave Strang

if you mean diverting on no answer/busy to an ACD group, this is only supported from BC12 and up

*Dstarng1: Indeed, I like to make a diversion from an extension to an ACD group on busy/no answer using cdini.

*whosrdaddy: is it just by using a cdini on the extension or uses BC12 a different method of diversion to an acd group?

Thanks!

Michel

you can use only cdini, personal number to acd is not supported
