CDBLException Dump: [Method call failed] Extension Mobility

Hey guys, my first post here.

Using CCM 4.3 and all users pretty much on a 7970 device.

On some phones, I subcribe the extension Mobility service just fine but then when I go to tick off Extension Mobilty on the phone config to choose the log out profile i get the following error..

I think this has something to do with only the phones that have been manually deleted from the CCM and then re-registerd. I read somwhere on the forums that I should look for the auto generated profile for the device and delete it but CCM4.3 doesnt allow you to delete auto generated profiles.... Any ideas?

I just disabled auto registration and then deleted the phone again. I also deleted the extension and manually added them back to CCM.

Interesting point. If i choose a profile to be the log out profile it will allow me to enable extension mobility. But if i try to select device settings as the log out profile, i get that error.

I suppose for now I can manipulate my way around it, but I really would like to get this fixed... I have about 10 phones giving me this problem.

you can use the option " Use Current Device Settings" without any problems. if you want to customize max login time ect you can do that under the service parameter
