cdb auto attaching to dllhost, how to stop it

Hi,

I have a win2k3 server running some com+ applications. Whenever a component is activated, a cdb process would automatically attached to the dllhost.exe that's hosting the com+ application. I searched the whole machine for files containing the string cdb or adplus; I checked the registry entries in Image File Execution options and found nothing; and the com+ application properties/advanced/Debugging/Launch in debugger check box is un-checked.

I want to stop this cdb attaching to the dll host automatically. Where else should I dig into ?
