Using the Multimedia Control I have no problems playing a commercial CD in the first CD Drive. What I would like to do, is to tell the program which CD Drive to play from. With MP3's it is easy because you use a filename with cda files you do not.

How can I tell the Multimedia Control to play the CD in Drive H and not the one in Drive G

Thanks in Advance

dont quote me coz i havent tested this yet, but.

mediaplayer1.filename=g:\track1.cda
mediaplayer1.filename=h:\track1.cda

'load/play as you would normally

if this doesnt help try looking at I like doing it the hard way! OK!

Depending on your version of Windows, you may or may not be able to read CDs from any drive.

This is a limitation of some versions of Windows, and there really isn't anything you can do about it.

I can read the CD when in drive G. However I want to tell the program to read it when it is in Drive H. It seems that the Multimedia Control defaults to the first CD drive it sees period.
