CD-RW is not recognizing empty media.

I am trying to copy some music cd's but after the program copy the original cd and I put the new empty media the system tell me that a supported media is not inserted. Before this problem I was using the the same type of CD-R media I also buy another cd-r but the system keep on telling me the same. I uninstall the program and install it again but still telling me the same{ a supported media not inserted} any recommendations.

Are you sure that the burning program your using has detected and is setup to use your burner?
