CD ROM rights!! 1

Hi

I have a problem with CDROM's on my colleges XP network. We now have about 700 computers on XP but a handful of the machines show the same fault.

If I login as administrator I can see the CDROM contents, if I log in as a user I cannot see the contents I am shown My computer, Desktop etc icons.

Has anyone come accross this before and did they solve it.
