I have been trying to load software by way of the CD drive and I am getting a lot of repeating steps in the loading process. It keeps performing the same steps even though the drive is working. I have checked all the cables and they are secure. What could it be? I did eventually get a program loaded but i actually had to reboot to get out of the cycles.
