Cd-Rom and CD-RW

Hello,
I have a Cd-Rom installed on my computer and I just installed a CD-RW on there also. Everything works fine except my sound card will only allow one audio cable. How do I attach both of my cds to it without having to buy a new sound card. Is there a "Y" adapter for this?
Any help appreciated!!

all sound cards comes with 2 or 3 sound connectors
if its not there u have to make one manually
