CD player

I'm new here, please be genital

I'm not sure if I put this into the right thread or not but I'm sure someone will let me know...

My CD player stopped working. I've updated all the drivers and the latest MP but it won't burn or play any CD's.
Help, please

Probably a failed drive or maybe just a dirty head.
Clean the head with a CD laser cleaner.
You could also try updating the firmware for the drive, this may help if the firmware is corrupt.
