I have a pc that I cant access the CDROM, DVDROM, or USB ports.... Windows XP is installed

What does device mgr show in regards to these drives?
What does my computer show in regards to these drives?

One thing would be to double check the master\slave settings to make sure you have them right.
Is this a new build? Did they all work at one point and stopped working?
Another suggestion would be to check and\or replace the ide cables, but, again, it may depend on wether these drives were all working at one point or not.
Another suggestion would be to unhook the drives and boot the computer, turn it off, then install the master drive, boot up and see if it is working, then install the other drive.
As for the usb, do you have sp1 installed? If not then you likely need to install sp1 and see if that helps.
Again, were the usb ports ever working?
Have you installed all the motherboard drivers from the cdrom?
In other words you need to give us a lot more background info. Is this a new build, what was originally working and what happened to make them stop working, or did they ever work? A full description in that area would help and maybe a description of some of the parts as well.
