cd drive not working properly i installed a new cd drive from sony in to an old computer it reads it correctly but when used with a specific software meaning sonicstage 3.3 the song's come out blurry, when i used another software for example windows media player it plays it correctly, do i need to upgrade the drive, the software, windows? my current windows version is windows 2000 and don't have acces to the internet to upgrade to the newer service pack, note that another drive meaning dvd drive plays the cd correctly using sonicstage, why is that? my cd drive is newer and the dvd drive is like 5 years old? what can be the cause is it the sofware or may maybe my system doesn't support my new cd drive, are there any solutions to this problem... please help,, i would apreciated it , thanks...

Could be that the software is setup wrong for that CD-drive. It could always be a faulty drive, but I dont think so. It sounds more like a software problem. If it works with Media player use that instead of Sonic.
