I had read over at 2000stuff that you could program more than 1 ACD Pilot number on a UCD group. So, how many, all?? I have 13 pilots, 00 for Queworx, 15 for VMail, and 01 thru 14 for my ACD Pilots. So, could I concievable have 00 for QWX, 15 for VM and 01 for ALL of my Pilots??? I just don't remember reading this in any NEC Documents so...... Thanks

If you use regular UCD you can only have 16 pilots.
If you are using CCW with OAI integration you can have multiple pilots. Place all the CCW pilots in the same UCD Group in CM 172. I usually place them all in group 15.
The max number of pilots for the IPS is based on the following formula from the CCW System Manual....
For the IPS (CP24 and CP24A) (Agents x 2) + (Pilots and/or Personal Pilots) + Trunks + IVR Ports must be equal to or less than 512.
