occasionally I have to re-boot the pc which runs CCV and creates the wall board alerts for calls waiting and available agent limits.
Even though I set the available agents limit to specific scripts and save it, I always have to go through the same process again each time I re-boot. It works fine until I need to re-start the machine again.
I'd like it to keep the settings so anyone could re-strat the machine without having to know how to set-up the script.
Any thoughts?
