I have 2 instances of CCV running on P4 XP Pcs that are getting the following error.

"Location : COMMON.BAS/set_TAD_from_msg

Error: 0,"

Aas far as I can tell I have installed these correctly (interms of the .net and IIs etc...) and for 80% of the time the CCV works fine.

Any ideas?

There is a post from the 17th of September 2004 in which this same problem is beeing subscribed. Maybe it helps.

If, for whatever reason, the Server PC has to be renamed, do not use spaces in the new name (Microsoft SQL cannot be guaranteed to operate correctly).

When shutting down a Server PC, ensure that all CCC applications are closed before shutting down.

When re-booting, if a Delta Server Port access is denied message appears, (port number conflict), consult with your Network Administrator to obtain a free port number.

In some situations you may need to install Archiver separately to achieve an installation with just a Delta Server and Archiver. If just the Delta Server is selected to be installed, then the Archiver is installed automatically. This type of installation may be used for multiple Delta Servers reporting to one shared and remote SQL Server.

If the following error messages appear you need to ensure that the Client PC's are able to synchronise their time with the Delta Server.

"Location : COMMON.BAS/set_TAD_from_msg

Error: 0,"

followed by:

"Location : COMMON.BAS/set_TAD_from_msg

Error: 20, Resume with error code"

The messages imply that Call Center View is not able to synchronise the time of the local machine running Call Center View with the Delta Server host.

Close Call Center View and set permissions to allow the user running CCV to change the system time.

You're right and it does - making the users a local admin fixes the problem.

Thanks
