CCV and PC Wallboard

Here is the situation.
I have five hunt groups and five agents. The agents can be logged into each of these groups simultaneously. The problem is that the agents are not updating on the wallboard or in the CCV throughout the day as they log off and log back on. My scheduled message on the wallboard has the variable 'Number in State -- logged on". I can stop/restart the delta server service and the information will correct itself. Has anyone seen this before?

Delta Server: 5.0.14
Call Center View: 5.0.9
Wallboard server: 5.0.5
