CCT6 Reference Client - hanging Contact

CCT6- Reference Client.
Is there any courtesy trick how to remove hanging Contact? I mean without server rebooting.
It seems like some phantom Contact: Local State Active, Remote State <n/a>. Release button is not working. In fact the Terminal is in idle status. Just in the Reference Client there is hanging contact.

did you get a fix foe this? we have the same issue...

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

Not yet, the only way is CCT restart. Or maybe Telephony + ACD Proxy + NCCT Tapi Connector services restart but anyway ... can be fixed after business hours.

we've found something that may help fix some of the issues. Pressing not ready twice on ref will resync the phone to the cct.

It won't fix, however, when the agent logs out on the phone before ref.

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
