CCT - Multiple Applications

Have a customer site with CCT. Is it possible to deploy call recording and a separate screen popping application on the same server?

The call recording is monitoring stations for call events to stop and start recording and the screen pop app presents CLI in a thin client?

Any help would be much appreciated...

Possibly.

Check the documentation for both applications, and see if there is any information about them being co-resident.

Both applications are custom developed so that may not be possible.

I guess, in principle, I was looking for a general feel if anyone had done something similar. There must be sites with call recording and screen pop, it seems so common these days particularly call centres.

WE have our CCT with a custom app providing screen pops, and then CR/QM on seperate servers. However we are planning an upgrade where all our CR/QM server will be on a VMWare server. Then when that is completed we will possibly add all our CallCenter on to the VMWare server.

According to Witness the latest release of 7.0 supports it we are installing in the next month we'll find out if it works or not. . .

do you know the Rls? I am on 6.5 w/ some other sites tied in on 7.8.1

According to my resources the Rls numbers you are showing are being renumbered and that release 7.0 will be the newest Rls. You know Nortel Witness they'll change it 6 months from now making it even more confusing. . .
