We have a CCT 6 server monitoring calls to incoming CDN's and applying routing rules based on inbound CLI.
The issue we have is that we can only every acquire 5 CDN's. The 6th and onwards generates an error of "failed to acquire a contactcentre license for nnnn: Limit exceeded.
There are 700 licenses on the CCMS.
Has anyone come across this before?
