CCT 7.0 CCAD Ringing

Hello everybody !

I would like to know if it possible to mute the sound of CCAD application, because it rings when an agent extract an email. I'm looking for it in the documentation but I can't find it. I know that we can mute the windows sound but the issue is that customer needs sound for the rest of his activities.
