If you're using 5.0, you should still be using the classic client.
Login to classic client, expand Reports and Displays, expand Statistics Configuration.
Open Historical Statistics.
A window will open with tabs - go to the Parameters tab.
Look for: Agent Positions
This is concurrent users (not per user profile). So, that number represents how many agents can be logged in at any given time.
1 - I thought the new CCT did not use TAPI. I was under the impression that it used another protocol to communicate phone-to-pc. So is TAPI still a component in the new CCT architecture?
2 - If they are charging a TAPI license, do you have to buy a quantity of licenses that equates to the number of phone-to-pc sessions/profiles, or is it just one license that enables the usage of the application (no matter how many profiles)?
