CCSA locked sets are unlocked after unpluging the cable...!!!

Hi all

the users within CS1K Rls7.0 system use SCPW password with CCSA class of service for locking their ip phones, and it work good.

But we have constate that after unpluging and pluging the cable from the ip phone that is locked after reboot it come unlocked..!!

Please is this normal thing or we need other configurations to do ?
we need that the phone stay locked even if we reboot it..

Hi antech,

the issue was fixed after opening new SR with Avaya/support, and provide us with new patch that resolve the issue when applying it to the Call Server.
