I have a customer that is calling a toll free number and they are unsure of what number it terminates to, but I have a trace and it appears to be call forwarded. Could somebody confirm what this trace is stating.

Hi Sean,

So is the 8669356825 the inbound number?

If so, it looks like it might be terminating to 3805 but I don't see an outbound component that you refer to.

Unless the outbound is on the CO trunks (no data)

If 8669356825 is the inbound number we can try to determine how the digits are processed by the system

How many digits do you absorb?
Do you insert anything?
