CCS.NLM: Initialization waiting for XMGR

I'm doing an in-place upgrade of netware 6 from netware 4.11 and i keep getting the folloiwng error: CCS.NLM: Initialization waiting for XMGR. The GUI screen keeps saying initializing but it goes for ever. Any help.

I had similiar problems with a server once... I was trying to do a new installation from one of the SP2 .iso CD's that I downloaded from Novell's web site. I tried the steps in the above referenced TID & did some things that I found on other message boards, all to no avail. I was only successful when I installed the server from the original media, not the SP2 overlay one.

I never figured out why I couldn't install that server with the overlay CD, but I've never had that problem with any other server.
