I have a customer with a BCM450 R1. He has ICC,4 skillsets,15 agents, and reporting keycodes. I set up the CCRS and everything works great except it only reports on SS1. It does everything properly for SS1 but nothing for SS2,SS3,SS4. Any ideas as to what is going on?

Do you mean that SS2 - 4 do not show up in the Skillset list on the RCC, or are they shown in the RCC but you have no call data?

Go into Element Manager on the BCM and try a stop/start on the Postgres service, then on your RCC server do a stop/start on the RCC Launcher service.

They do not show up in the skillset list of rcc. Only ss1 does

Assuming all the skillsets are enabled with agents assigned and taking calls ....
On the RCC server PC do a stop/start on the RCC launcher service.
This will restart the info stream between the RCC And the BCM.

Was this just installed today?

Thanks. Will try tomorrow and let you know. Just installed today.

I've had the same issue on a couple of recent installs.
It seemed to take some additional time for the other skillsets to show up.
I wouldn't be surprised if they show up tomorrow when you check it out.

FYI. I had the customer re-configure the server(2008) from scratch. Then loaded CCR on it and all the skillsets showed up. Go figure.
