Having issues with IP view and real-time reporting on BCM 3.6. How do we tell what the CCRS Password is?

I know the default is ccrs but we cannot get the right password to activate the connection.

I bel9ieve it is all caps CCRS you can change it in the call pilot iinterface i think .

Default is CCRS (uppercase) as mentioned. If that doesn't work, change the password on both ends and you should be fine.
