CCRS Password Reset? 1

Hey, I have tried both ccrs, and CCRS and neither work.
Is there a way to reset it? I have tried logging into Call Center managaer under all known admin logins and do not have the option to change the password with any of them.
Any help is appreciated.

Go into Callpilot Manager then Call Center and General Properties and you will see the CCRS password field.

So i found where you say. There are 8 * there. I am assuming that means the password is 8 characters long?

I do not know but that would be a good assumption, just type in 8 and see if it takes.

no luck. No one knows what the password could be.

I am confused, I thought you were on the admin page where you can change it.
Enter a new password (CCRS if you want) then confirm in the 2nd box and click submit:
