Hello All;

I have access to my clients SQL Database of their BCM Box (Version i do not know .... but can find out if necessary).
The database i have access to is called 'CCRDB'.

The client has since lost their in house programmer, and with it, any schemas or knowledge of the system.
They are looking for customized reporting (nothing major, mostly just call times, agent usage times).

I notice there are several table that contain various report data (rptcalldata, rptagentdata, rptagentidletime, etc) which are visible through a website the managers have access to. What i can't seem to find is one set location of data (i am used to using another telephone system where all data can be found in an agent table or a skill table, not individual tables). Is this standard for Nortel boxes? Do i have to pull from individual premade reports and create one report out of several?

I guess what i am wondering is if anyone knows of any schema layouts or any sort of direction to help me begin to pull their data and make sure the data is what i am hoping it is.

THANK YOU!
