I have an issue with CCR 7.0.22
The supervisors are intermittantly having instances with Agents on the real time monitor not changing state. For example an Agent can show ready when not logged on, or busy when actually available. This state doesn't change until the supervisor changes them or the agent then performs another change of state, i.e logs on and off again.
the IPO IS 7.0(12) I've tried various web browsers and personally loaded R7.bat file to each machine.
there is nothing showing in diagnostics that looks relevant and certainly not for the times when a incorrect state was noticed, I've also checked event veiwer for the affected supervisors and can't see anything there either.
Any Ideas??????
